Shenzhen Horus Technology is a manufacturer of magnetic materials and a specialist house for the design, development and production of magnetic applications and magnetic-measurement instruments. Our engineering team comes from the Space Technology Research Institute of the Ministry of Aerospace Industry — a long-standing background in magnetic applications that lets us offer end-to-end technical support to our customers.
Our product range covers magnetic-coupling drives, magnetic gears (clean magnetic gears), magnetic rods, permanent-magnet iron separators, permanent-magnet clutches, magnetically-driven reactor agitators, handheld pole indicators, vacuum magnetron sputter cathodes, arc coating, ion sources and vapour deposition. Standard models meet most needs; custom variants are built to specification on request.

Company founded
Shenzhen Horus Technology was founded and the "magnetically-sealed motor" concept was introduced the same year — using magnetic coupling to extend the motor's serviceable environments.
Aristo800 inline coating retrofit
Magnetic-coupling drives replaced the magnetic-fluid drives on Aristo800 inline coating systems at CSG Display and Leybold-Heraeus, eliminating leakage.

Wafer-fab coating equipment retrofit
A multi-year partnership with wafer fabs delivered an in-place upgrade of magnetron-sputter coating equipment — film-thickness uniformity tightened to ~1% and the original 4-inch platform was extended to 6-inch substrates.
Magnetron rotary-cathode end-module patent
Horus was granted a patent on the magnetron rotary-cathode end module — the product is deployed on the CSG Display and Leybold-Heraeus coating lines. The same year, Horus joined the Shenzhen Vacuum Technology Industry Association.
