Shenzhen Horus Technology designs and builds rectangular, cylindrical, and circular magnetron sputter targets. The magnetic circuit is optimised by FEA; the mechanical structure is built in 3D CAD. High-strength magnets give
fast deposition, good uniformity, high target utilisation, dense films, and strong adhesion.
Rectangular and cylindrical targets can be over 200 cm long. We also build sputter targets to customer-specific requirements.
The company runs its own magnetic-material production, supporting a one-stop service from raw material to finished target. We provide repair, refurbishment, and upgrade for magnetron sputter sources — including all imported coating-line targets and other manufacturers’ sputter sources.
